🐾 Real Shearling | Cowboy Provenance
Well now, this here’s a coat with some real trail dust on it — a heavyweight 1970s Gino Leathers shearling beauty, made right in the U.S. of A. and worn by none other than a bonafide Canadian cowboy. That ain't just sales talk — we know it for a fact.
This coat’s built like a log cabin: thick sheepskin with plush wool pile inside and a tough suede shell outside. Raw seam construction, wide notch collar, handwarmer patch pockets, and old-school leather football buttons that just beg for saddle-weather. The inside is toasty like a buffalo hide next to the fire, and the exterior's got just enough patina to show it’s lived.
There’s a WILD BEAR patch stitched onto the sleeve, and we don't rightly know if it came from the factory or the cowboy's own two hands, but either way, it adds a heck of a story.
👀 A few minor dings here and there — visible in the photos — and a small patch under the left arm where the wool's rubbed a little thin (hardly noticeable unless you're throwin' your hands up in church or a bar fight).
