Union Made Duck Jacket

Well, here we got ourselves a Carhartt Thermal-Lined Duck Jacket J131 BRN, straight outta the late ‘90s or early 2000s—back when things were built to last and your jeans came pre-broken in from actual work, not a fashion boutique.

This hooded bad boy is Union Made in the USA, which means it’s got quality stitched right into it. And despite its age, it’s in mighty fine shape—barely looks like it’s seen a hard day’s work. That said, it does have a few battle scars—a couple stains up front and on the sleeve.

Now, best we can figure, the previous owner probably got himself a brand-new Carhartt, strutted out to tackle some chores, and—bless his heart—managed to christen it with some good ol’ fashioned dirt or grease. Cue the swearing, the head-shakin’, and the inevitable trip to the thrift store. Luckily he didn’t take it to landfill!

But hey, let’s be real—it’s a work jacket, not a Sunday suit. If it ain’t got a little grime on it, are you even doin’ it right?
