Peterbilt Tour Jacket
Peterbilt Tour Jacket
Peterbilt Motors Company was founded in 1939 by T.A. Peterman, a businessman from Tacoma, Washington. He bought the assets of Fageol Motors, a struggling truck manufacturer, and rebranded it as Peterbilt. The company initially operated out of Oakland, California, but later moved its operations to other locations, including Seattle. Peterbilt trucks became popular among truckers in the logging, construction, and long-haul industries. The Seattle plant was closed in 1993.
This here jacket comes in the "tour jacket" style and has the vintage Peterbuilt, Seattle logo embroidered on the chest. Overall the jacket is in great vintage condition.
