The Filson Shelter Cloth Journeyman Jacket in black is the sort of jacket designed to look better after a few years than it did on day one. Tough, understated and built for hard use, it combines classic work-jacket styling with water-resistant waxed cotton that helps fend off wind and rain.

The 100% cotton outer fabric is made in the UK and develops more character as it softens and ages with wear. Corduroy at the collar, inner closure and inner hem adds warmth, comfort and just enough contrast to keep all that black from becoming too well behaved.

Four roomy front pockets provide plenty of space for tools, maps and everyday cargo, while an interior pocket keeps smaller valuables secure. A sturdy button front, double-button cuffs and adjustable waist tabs finish off a practical jacket made for work, travel and whatever happens somewhere between the two.
