Made from substantial 8.1 oz cotton twill flannel, it's built for cold days, hard work and the very important business of looking appropriately rugged while doing neither.

The fabric is heavily brushed for exceptional softness and improved heat retention, while remaining naturally breathable. Double-needle construction and flat-felled seams add durability where it matters, making this a proper work shirt rather than merely a plaid shirt with outdoor ambitions.

Dual shoulder pleats at the back yoke provide extra freedom of movement when working overhead, casting a fly rod or shouldering a shotgun. Filson finishes the shirt with tough military-grade melamine buttons at the front and adjustable cuffs – because losing a button halfway through the wilderness is an embarrassingly small reason to abandon an expedition.
